Tiers
Five tiers. The only thing that moves you up is cleared referrals.
A referral clears after the client has paid, the applicable refund period has closed, and the work remains attributable to your code. Clicks, follower counts and messages do not move your tier.

Tier by tier
Silver
4 cleared referrals12%honorarium rate
Four cleared referrals show that your introductions are producing real studio work, so the honorarium rate increases.
Gold
11 cleared referrals15%honorarium rate
Eleven cleared referrals move the rate to 15%. The referral rules and review process remain the same.
Platinum
26 cleared referrals18%honorarium rate
Twenty-six cleared referrals move the rate to 18%. This tier does not create employment or guarantee future work.
Diamond
51+ cleared referrals20%honorarium rate
Fifty-one cleared referrals reach the 20% ceiling. There is no hidden level above Diamond.
The rules, in full
These apply at every tier. If something here does not work for you, do not apply — that is a fair outcome for both of us.
- 01A referral counts after the client has paid, the applicable refund period has closed, and the work remains attributable to your code.
- 02Eligible honoraria are arranged manually in GBP; timing and method are confirmed directly with the ambassador.
- 03An honorarium is a discretionary thank-you, not a wage. There is no guaranteed amount and no employment relationship.
- 04Refunded or charged-back work is deducted from the balance it was added to.
- 05You cannot refer yourself, your own business, or someone in your household.
- 06Disclose that you are an ambassador whenever the relationship could affect how somebody reads your recommendation.
- 07Tier is reviewed on cleared referrals. It moves up when you cross a threshold and does not silently drop.
