How the program works.
Referrals go through the main Xylora Studios site. The studio records work attributed to your code, checks that it has cleared, and uses your tier rate when considering an honorarium. The rules below are the offer.
Expected
- Send genuine prospects to the main Xylora Studios website using your code.
- Disclose that you are a Xylora ambassador whenever that relationship could affect how somebody reads your recommendation.
- No spam, no misrepresenting our pricing or turnaround, no bidding on Xylora trademarks.
- No self-referral, and keep leaderboard and internal ambassador data private.
Earned
- 10–20% honorarium on cleared, non-refunded referred revenue, set by your tier. Subscriptions count for their first 3 months.
- £25 minimum before an honorarium can be requested, and a 14-day hold after payment clears to allow for refunds. Eligible honoraria are arranged manually in GBP after the relevant referred work clears. They are discretionary recognition, not a wage or employment.
- An ambassador email address (your.name@amb.xylorastudios.com) at every tier, issued once you bring in your first qualified lead. If you were already a genuine Xylora Studios client before joining, you qualify straight away.
- A certificate at the end of your term as an ambassador.
- A written reference may be requested when the studio has enough direct experience of your work to write one accurately.
- Clear rules about attribution, refunds and conduct before you begin referring anybody.
