Xylora Studios Ambassador Acceptable Use

This Policy applies to all use of Xylora Studios names, materials, referral codes, and Program benefits by applicants and ambassadors.

1. Lawful and honest use

You must comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and advertising requirements. Statements about Xylora Studios, its services, prices, availability, or results must be accurate, current, and not misleading.

2. Required disclosures

You must clearly disclose your ambassador relationship wherever it may influence how an endorsement is understood. A disclosure must be prominent, intelligible, and appropriate to the relevant platform and audience.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

send unlawful or unsolicited bulk communications;
harass, threaten, deceive, discriminate against, or exploit another person;
impersonate Xylora Studios personnel or claim authority you do not have;
collect payments, agree contractual terms, or provide unauthorised quotations;
create false enquiries, self-referrals, duplicate claims, or manipulated transactions;
use malicious software, automated abuse, fabricated accounts, or scraped contact lists; or
publish unlawful content or content that infringes another person’s rights.

4. Brand and intellectual property

Brand materials may be used only as supplied, for authorised Program activity, and in accordance with any accompanying guidance. You must not register confusingly similar names, domains, accounts, or marks, or alter materials in a way that misrepresents Xylora Studios.

5. Referral integrity

Referral codes must not be used to manufacture eligibility, misattribute an existing client, or obtain a benefit through deception or collusion. You must not offer unauthorised incentives or imply that a referral code changes contractual terms unless Xylora Studios has expressly confirmed this.
